Information is collected to help inform the site developers as to how improvements can be made to deliver better functionality to suit the users. Information is also collected to enable ChageMed Ltd to provide online training courses to customers purchasing them.

You can also choose to submit feedback and other information via this website's Contact page. It is expected that information collected is from professionals over the age of 18 years only. Other standard analytics information is collected via Google Analytics. No other data is collected or visible to the Site developer. Please do not submit any patient-identifiable information via this website.

This includes technical information, such as IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system and platform, URL clickstream to, through and from our site (including date & time), pages you viewed or searched for and page interaction information. This data is collected by Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. ChangeMed Ltd has no access to any identifiable information from this data. Your information is used to be enable ChageMed Ltd to provide the courses you sign up to including any financial transactions for payment for said courses.

How the information is used

We use the information you provide us with for the purpose it was provided. For example, information collected and processed is used to manage and administer your booking, and to facilitate event planning. We may contact you via email or phone regarding your booking.

If you have submitted your name & email address via a contact form on our website, we only use this for the purposes of answering your query.

We use technologies, such as cookies, to customise content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to the site. We also share information about your use of our site with our trusted social media, advertising and analytics partners.
